Article 2 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders, products, and services offered by Santos Naturals. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Article 3 – Products

We make every effort to describe all products as clearly as possible.
Color, shape, or size may vary slightly due to screen settings or production differences.

Article 4 – Ordering & Payment

  • Orders will only be processed after payment has been received.
  • All prices on the website include VAT.
  • Payments are securely processed through our payment providers.

Article 5 – Shipping

  • Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Average delivery time: 2-5 business days.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by postal and parcel services.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

  • You have the right to return products within 14 days.
  • Products must be unused and in their original condition.
  • Food products/snacks cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.
  • Return costs are for the customer, unless the product is damaged or delivered incorrectly.

Article 7 – Warranty

  • Our products are covered by legal warranty.
  • Report defects within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Wear and tear from use is not covered by warranty.

Article 8 – Liability

Santos Naturals is not liable for damage caused by incorrect use of our products or incorrectly provided address details.

Article 9 – Force Majeure

In case of force majeure (such as postal strikes, pandemics, transport issues), delivery times may vary.
