Returns Policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with your purchase. If a product is not to your liking, you can return it according to the conditions below.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to register your order for return within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason.

After registering your return, you then have another 14 days to actually send the product back to us.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be:

unused and undamaged;
returned complete;
in its original packaging.

Products that are damaged or have been used more than necessary to ascertain their nature, characteristics, and functioning may be (partially) refused, or a reduction in value may be charged.

Exceptions

For reasons of hygiene and food safety, the following products cannot be returned once the seal has been broken or the packaging has been opened:

dog treats;
chew products;
wet food;
supplements;
other food products.

Cost of Returns

The cost of the return shipment is at your own expense.

Have you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective product? Please contact us first. In that case, we will, of course, provide a suitable solution and reimburse any return costs.

If a return is not sent within 14 days of the return notification, the return request will expire. Any new return request can only be accepted if the statutory withdrawal period has not yet expired.

How to Register a Return

Send us a message via our contact page or email within 14 days of receipt.
State your order number and the reason for return.
You will receive return instructions from us.
Send the package within 14 days of the return notification at the latest.

Refund

Once we have received and checked the returned product, we will refund the purchase amount within 5 working days at the latest using the same payment method.
